Understanding Leadbacker Reporting

Leadbacker has three reporting views that aggregate feedback data at increasing scope. My Overview shows your own results. Team Overview shows data for the people in your team. Company Overview (Key Users only) gives an organization-wide picture. All views are anonymized — individual responses are never attributed to specific people.

Kroki

My Overview

  1. 1Go to Reports > My Overview.
  2. 2Browse results by competency and skill. Use the filters (seniority, department, location) to slice the data.
  3. 3Click Open Statistical Metrics on any competency for the full breakdown: average, Q1/Q3, standard deviation, min/max.
  4. 4Switch between Averages and Boxplots views if Boxplots are enabled by your Key User.
  5. 5Export as PDF or CSV using the export buttons.

Company Overview (Key User)

  1. 1Go to Reports > Company Overview.
  2. 2Review organization-wide acceptance rate, response rate, and top performers by Leadbacker usage.
  3. 3Go to Reports > Company Events for the Heart Rate Monitor analysis and an overview of who has received feedback and when.

Configure result filters

  1. 1When viewing results, choose how respondents' organizational data is applied:
  • Current user data — uses each respondent's current department/location.
  • User data from evaluation creation — uses the department/location at the time the evaluation was created. Useful when people have since moved teams.

Ważne uwagi

  • Results only appear once the anonymity threshold is met — this applies to filters too (a filtered group with too few responses will not show).
  • Company Overview is aggregated only — it never shows an individual user's evaluation results.
  • Access to individual evaluations via the Company Events page requires a signed request form with Leadbacker.
  • Boxplot reporting must be enabled by the Key User in Settings before it becomes visible.
