Running a My360 Evaluation

My360 collects 360-degree feedback on your competencies and skills from the people you work with. You complete a self-assessment first, then invite colleagues and external stakeholders. Results appear once the minimum number of responses (the anonymity threshold) is reached, giving you a structured comparison of how you see yourself versus how others see you.

  • Leadbacker or Key User — to start an evaluation
  • Feedbacker, Leadbacker, Key User — to respond to an invitation

Prerequisiti

  • A My360 template must exist — your Key User creates these
  • At least the minimum number of respondents (default: 3) must submit feedback before results show

Passaggi

Start an evaluation

  1. 1From your Dashboard, click + New Evaluation.
  2. 2Select a My360 template from the list.
  3. 3Enter a title and a reference date for the evaluation.
  4. 4Complete your own self-assessment (inside view).
  5. 5Select respondents from your suggested network, or add external people by name and email. You can also generate a link for people without a Leadbacker account.
  6. 6Set a deadline. Invitees receive an email notification automatically.

View results

  1. 1Go to Reports > My Events once the anonymity threshold is met.
  2. 2For a summary across all your evaluations, go to Reports > My Overview.
  3. 3Export results as PDF or CSV from either page.

Edit or delete an evaluation

  1. 1Go to Reports > My Events, click the Gear icon next to the evaluation, and choose the action you need.

Note importanti

  • Results only appear after the anonymity threshold is reached — this protects respondent privacy.
  • Your manager can view your individual My360 results during a Development Dialogue review.
  • Templates are locked once used in an evaluation; ask your Key User to duplicate and revise if changes are needed.
