Creating and Managing Feedback Templates

Templates define the questions (checkpoints) shown during feedback collection. Every feedback loop — My360, Moment, Survey, Speedy, and Heart Rate Monitor — needs a template before it can be used. Key Users create and own templates for the whole organization. Users can only create their own personal Speedy templates.

Lépések

Create a template

  1. 1Go to Templates and click + Add template.
  2. 2Select the feedback type: MY360, Moment, Survey, Reviews, Speedy, or Heart Rate Monitor.
  3. 3Choose a label (Engagement, Learning, Performance, or Well-being), enter a title and description, and select which locations, departments, or seniorities it applies to.
  4. 4Save the template.

Add checkpoints manually

  1. 1Open your template and click the + button.
  2. 2Choose a question type: Scale, Free text, Yes/No, Single Choice, or Multiple Choice.
  3. 3Enter the inside view and outside view statements (in all relevant languages), and set the target value (the optimal benchmark for your organization).
  4. 4For My360, Moment, and Survey — assign a competency and skill to each checkpoint.

Import checkpoints via CSV

  1. 1Open the template and click Import checkpoints.
  2. 2Download the CSV template from the link shown — the format varies by feedback type, so always download it from within the specific template.
  3. 3Fill in ACTIVE, TYPE, view statements, COMPETENCY, SKILL (or HRM Category), and answer options for choice-type questions. Save as UTF-8 CSV.
  4. 4Click Select file, choose your file, and click Upload.

Duplicate a template

  1. 1Click the Duplicate button on any template to create an editable copy.
Templates are locked once used in an evaluation. Always duplicate before making changes.

Fontos megjegyzések

  • Heart Rate Monitor templates only support Scale and Free text checkpoints.
  • Survey, Heart Rate Monitor, and Speedy (in some configurations) do not include inside views.
  • Inactive checkpoints (ACTIVE = INACTIVE) are hidden from respondents.
  • Single Choice and Multiple Choice checkpoints support up to 16 answer options.
  • Templates support multiple languages: EN, GER, IT, SL, RU, and OTHER.
