Privacy & Anonymity in Leadbacker
Leadbacker is built around one principle: your data is yours to keep. All feedback is anonymized, and results are only shown once enough responses have been collected to protect individual privacy. Key Users see aggregated data across the organization — not individual evaluation results.
Ki használhatja ezt a funkciót
- Everyone — privacy protections apply to all users automatically
- Key User — configures the anonymity threshold; can request extended data access via a signed form
Anonymity threshold
The anonymity threshold is the minimum number of responses required before any results are displayed. By default, this is set to 3. This applies to:
- Showing results to the person who ran the evaluation.
- Filtering results — if a filtered group (e.g. one department) has fewer responses than the threshold, that filter will not produce results.
What each role can see
- Every user — their own feedback results, once the threshold is met.
- Leadbacker / Key User — My Overview and Team Overview (aggregated data, no individual attribution).
- Key User — Company Overview (organization-wide aggregated data only).
- Managers — individual My360 results for their direct reports, but only during a Development Dialogue review.
Extended access
If needed, Leadbacker can configure access to the Company Events page, which shows all individual evaluations. This requires a dedicated signed request form with Leadbacker.
Speedy exception
The Speedy feedback loop does not have an anonymity threshold — results appear after the first response.
Lépések
Configure the anonymity threshold (Key User)
- 1Go to Settings > Evaluations.
- 2Set the anonymity threshold to the minimum number of responses your organization requires.
- 3Save. The setting applies to all evaluations going forward.
Fontos megjegyzések
- No one can see who gave which feedback — all responses are permanently anonymized.
- The threshold applies to filters as well as overall results.
- Company Events access requires a signed form — it is not enabled by default.
- Managers can only view individual My360 data during a formal Development Dialogue review.
