Setting Up and Managing OKRs
Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) help your organization align individual goals with company priorities. Leadbacker's OKR module has four building blocks: Company Mission (CM), Corporate Objectives (CO), Objectives (O), and Key Results (KR). Key Users manage the company level; everyone else works on personal objectives and key results.
